Position Summary: Assists the physician in the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Urgent Care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of advanced practice provider experience and be proficient in incision, draining and suturing.
Qualifications:
• Physician Assistant Certificate to Practice in Ohio and maintain this certification from the state Medical Board of Ohio
• Current certification from a national certifying body (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) and maintain this certification
• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
• Current ACLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
Additional Job Information: The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Physician Assistant experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
