PA for Foot & Ankle Surgeon

Job Summary:
Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon is seeking a Physician Assistant for a private orthopedic practice within the Central Ohio area. The Physician Assistant will enjoy working closely with the supervising surgeon daily with a full complement of Medical Assistants and administrative staff.
Job Duties:
• Managing patients daily in the clinic
• First Assistant to the physician in surgery
• Participate in hospital rounds when necessary
• Order Physical Therapy, DME, MRIs, and/or injections
• Handling clinical phone calls
• Completing medication requests
• Participating in the group call pool
Job Requirements:
• Ohio license and prescriptive license required, as well as DEA
• Experience in orthopedic surgery is preferred, but not required
