Educational requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program. Active PA license in State of Ohio and active PA board certification.
Prefer a minimum of 4 years experience in Internal Medicine or 2 years of relevant experience in management of dialysis patients.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
Job Responsibilities: Out-patient dialysis rounding at local dialysis facilities, manage hemodialysis patients, assess, diagnose, and manage complications of ESRD including anemia, hypertension, bone disease, fluid and electrolyte imbalances and vascular access, coordinate and promote continuity of care with other healthcare providers and facilities, work with minimal supervision and implement sound evidence based care.

Salary $82,000 - $90,000, based upon experience
